These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Rudhaaraa website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

  • Products :

Product descriptions, photos, and prices are provided for information purposes. Slight variations may occur, especially for handmade or customised items.

  • Prices :

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 

  • Orders :

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Rudhaaraa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment :

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers. Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping :

Orders are shipped within the stated processing time. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Rudhaaraa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. See our Shipping Policy for details.

  • Returns & Exchanges :

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customised items are non‑returnable. Customers must contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return. See our Return Policy for more information.

  • Customisation & Bulk Orders :

Customised products and bulk orders are final and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. For enquiries, please contact us.

  • Liability :

Rudhaaraa is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or issues caused by misuse of the product. External links on the website are provided for convenience only.

  • Personal Data (GDPR) :

Customer data is collected solely for order processing and communication. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

  • Applicable Law :

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of France.
