🎥 Unboxing video required
Record your unboxing upon receipt. No video = no claim accepted, no exceptions.
⏱️ Report within 48 hours
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be processed.
📦 Original condition only
Items must be unused, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
💳 Store credit only
Approved returns receive store credit for the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Not eligible for return:
· Earrings & jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
· Custom-made or personalised orders
· International orders
· Claims without unboxing video
· Claims submitted after 48 hours
· Damaged or used items
